2. Yippee, off to Paris!

First Easyjet experience - looong wait to catch the flight, making us lose time in Paris! Finally arriving in Paris was exciting, and we immediately went to the Eiffel tower. Kris was delighted in her hotel choice, and was already starting to help market themselves to others in the world. We definitely wanted to have the walking experience in such a great city, but afterwards we overdid it (just a bit!) that sitting on a boat in the rain along the Seine river seemed like a delight. Must say neither one of us were prepared for the cold in spring...

The French tennis open was such a cool experience! After watching 5 live matches up close & personal and others on the big screen, we were all pysched about tennis. Of course our hope for sun led to red noses afterwards, but not even that or the late rain could dampen our spirits.

Check list

- Eiffel tower
- Champ de Mars
- Louvre (and ticket to prove it!)
- Arc de Triomphe
- Champs Elysees
- Cruise on the River Seine
- Les Invalides
- Meeting Uncle Pierre!
- Uncle Pierre and Aunt Angie's Paris apartment (oh my, 7 floors up)

Hey, you two ! Glad to hear you're back home and that all's well !!!
Yep, cheapest way to exercise, wear off the "baguettes" and then deserve the rest ... 7 flights up ! An adventure in itself, hum ? You almost feel you're in heaven ;)
